The Global E-commerce Award provides an opportunity to be recognized by industry peers. Review and assessment by our panel of experienced judges adds third-party credibility and offers excellent exposure that distinguishes brands and retailers from their competitors.
The Global E-commerce Award provides a level playing field for all entrants regardless of size. Be it a small business, an online retailer, a domestic or multinational retailer, all entries have a chance to take home the coveted award.

Nomination

Share your elevator pitch or nominate a brand or retailer with exceptional customer experience. In 10 sentences or less, tell us what’s forward thinking about the brand or retail experience and why it should win the 2017 Global E-commerce Award. The submission of video to support entries is strongly encouraged.

Process

A shortlist of 10 will be identified based on the initial elevator pitch and validated by information from public sources. Shortlisted nominees will be requested to submit a more comprehensive motivation form at the end of April.
Five companies will be invited in May (flight and hotel paid for by the Global E-commerce Summit) to provide a 5-minute pitch and field questions from the audience on the GES Feature Stage on Tuesday, 13 June 2017 in Barcelona. GES2017 audience vote and jury assessment will determine final placement.
