Louis Vuitton, Amazon, Apple

Louis Vuitton because it is the pinnacle of luxury and one of the oldest and most powerful European luxry maison with a fantastic modern and brave spirit; it is ready to respond to contemporary culture and clients’ needs in new ways.
Amazon because it has disrupted the offline retail industry.
Apple because it has a legendary focus on client experience, creating an experience ecosystem in which ‘experience’ comes before than ‘selling’.

What is your E-commerce tip for the visitors of the Summit?
E-commerce is not enough to outperform competition. To grow business the way to go is omnichannel to be able to respond to the increasing clients’ demand to shop omnichannel during the customer journey.
